SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING and delivery of all items to the continental United States. This includes packing, shipping, delivery and insurance.  Please inspect your delivery and sign for it on receipt.

SMALL ITEMS

Small Items will be delivered UPS or equivalent carrier. After your order is placed, we’ll contact you within five business days with tracking information. Online clients will be contacted via email to the address you provide at checkout.  Small items typically arrive within seven to ten business days.

LARGE ITEMS

Asia America will arrange expedited delivery—place your order and we will connect with our professional White Glove shipping partners to set up delivery. We’ll contact you within ten business days with tracking information. Online clients will be contacted via email to the address you provide at checkout.

Please let us know about any stairs, elevators, narrow doorways, or other issues we should be aware of to make delivery and placement as smooth as possible. Large items typically arrive within 21 business days. White Glove service includes placement in your home and assembly if necessary. All packing materials will be removed.

IN STORE PICKUP

If you’re in the Portland, Oregon area and wish to pick up your item from our store, select this option during checkout. We’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time that’s convenient for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To place an international order or for shipping to the domestic ocean, contact us at (503) 230 9322 or info@asiaamericafurniture.com to make arrangements for delivery.


RETURNS

An Important Note: Our home furnishings are antiques and may have slight imperfections.  

At Asia America we want you to be happy with your purchase, but if it's not the right fit for your home, we understand.

Please contact us at (503) 230 9322 or email info@asiaamerica.com within 14 days of receiving your items so we can help you find something else or begin the return process. You are welcome to use the shipper of your choice to make returns, but please make sure to insure it for the full value. Please be sure your items are returned in the same condition as you received them.

We can refund the purchase price in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

CANCELLING AN ORDER OR DELAYING A DELIVERY

Please contact us at (503) 230 9322 to cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
